“Home is where the heart is”
I have been thinking lately a lot about this. This saying always brings in my mind a movie ‘Soul Surfer’ where Bethany Hamilton says:
“They say home is where the heart is. And for most people, that consists of four walls and a welcome mat. But for me, it’s the ocean. With the warmth of the sun on my skin.”
Bethany is incredible person and athlete and her movie is one of my favourites. For me home definitely is where the heart is, where to build memories and create a happiness filled environment. It is a place you can build, it is more than walls it is a feeling of pure happiness. As my recent move has been so emotionally filled from blissful joy to teary moments. Moving to Brighton gives me a chance to create memories, fill all the surroundings with positive vibes and let it grow on you and become a place to call home.
I am so happy and grateful that I have found myself a lovely home in Brighton. I am so excited to have the opportunity to live in this wonderful town and can’t wait to sign the contract and start settling in end of the month. Can’t wait to build wonderful memories and share joyful moments so soon enough I can say “Home is where the heart is”.
It has been almost a week without broadband and I have to admit it has been challenging. I have tried to upload blog post using my phone but that is not working. Lesson learned when I have an option upload a post do it then without hesitation. Have been searching for nearby cafes for a wifi but that has been no go as well. I am so happy to finally write a post again. I miss you and blogging. There is something so great and even comforting about putting your thoughts on the virtual paper. I think being a blogger truly grows on you and becomes part of who you are. A week without a post and I feel there is a big part of me missing. Amazing to be back.
Summer dresses and florals are just my most adored outfit right now. In between rainy days when a sunshine comes out it is definitely a chance to wear some beautiful dresses and enjoy the lovely weather. This dress in the photos I have it for years and it keeps reappearing into my summer wardrobe from time to time.
What are your favourite summer outfits?
Lots of love xx
