Fusion 25g Refill, Bluebelle Shimmer

Our 25g Fusion, Bluebelle Shimmer split cake is a beautiful blue and purple gradient. Not all colours are pearl, but you get sections of beautiful shimmer. It is perfect for ice princesses, mermaids, tigers, fairies, butterflies, flowers, frozen crowns and so much more.

Created as a Refill for Leanne's, Happy Pixie Palette, however perfect as a stand alone split cake. 

To apply, use a moist sponge or brush, do not add water to the paint direct. Using the flat side of your damp sponge, wipe across the split cake, parallel with the stripes, loading the sponge. On the selected area of skin, gently dab the sponge (pressing, not wiping) until the desired density of paint is applied.

 A 3/4” (18mm) or 1" (25mm) Flat, Filbert or Angle Brush are good brush options.

 Water based, Non-staining and easy to remove with soap and tepid water.

Compliant with all worldwide safety regulations, incl. FDA and EU standards. (see below)
